1. Shipping Area
We ship across Canada from our location in Newmarket, Ontario:
17725 Yonge St Suite 19, Newmarket, ON L3Y 7C1.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
• Free for orders over $50 CAD  
• $5 flat rate for orders under $50  
• Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days  

Express Shipping:
• $10 flat rate  
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days within Ontario, 2–5 business days elsewhere in Canada  

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day.

3. Local Delivery (30 km Radius)
Local delivery is available within 30 km of our store.  
• $5 delivery fee for orders under $50  
• Free delivery for orders over $50  
• Deliveries: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM  
• Contactless delivery available  
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

4. Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at:
17725 Yonge St Suite 19, Newmarket, ON L3Y 7C1.  
Orders are usually ready within 1 hour (during business hours).

5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.  
If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at hairdynastystore@gmail.com.

6. Delays
If delivery is delayed more than 30 days beyond the estimated date, you may cancel the order and request a refund as permitted by Ontario law.

7. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship with Canada Post.
UPS may be used as a secondary carrier when necessary.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will appear with a new “Last updated” date.
