Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Hair Dynasty. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and refunds work:

1. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, resaleable condition and include the original receipt or order number.

To begin a return, email hairdynastystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return label or return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at the email above. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences may apply.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. After review, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

5. No Right to Return for Change-of-Mind
Under Ontario law, businesses are not required to accept returns due to change of mind.

6. Policy Updates
Hair Dynasty may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date.
